We are looking for a reliable and certified Management Accountant (CMA) to join and lead our Accounting team. You will be responsible for overseeing the company’s financial operations. Also, you should be able to supervise your fellow team members like the Cost Accountants and Bookkeepers. Documenting the company’s cash flow and suggesting strategies for better financial growth will be one of your key responsibilities. 

Besides this, you should analyze risk management measures and ways to cut its impact. You are also accountable for preparing and completing financial data like the budget, cash flow and bank statements on time. Strong analytical and decision-making skills and a business oriented approach will give you an edge as an ideal candidate.  

This job role further includes checking tax liabilities and assisting the management with investment plans, audits and other yearly financial operations. Likewise, you should be able to forecast any economic changes and develop strategies for better financial management.

Responsibilities

• Determining new financial trends and patterns

• Assisting the senior management in effective business decisions

• Forecasting and analyzing risk behaviour and preventive measures

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field

• Applicable certification like Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) is preferred

• Minimum 3 years of work experience

• Complete understanding of GAAP methodologies

• Basic understanding of generally accepted accounting principles and practices

• Ability to handle stressful situations and manage deadlines

• Strong leadership skills
