We are looking for an experienced and professional Bank Teller for our company. Your role is to perform banking as well as financial transactions throughout the day. You should be well-acquainted with all kinds of bank services.
This job requires a lot of customer interaction so you should have excellent communication skills. As a Bank Teller, you should have exceptional knowledge about deposits, withdrawals, transfers and other banking procedures. You should be extra attentive as you will be dealing with cash handling all day. You should be able to provide account information to the respective account holders and brief them with new policies and procedures.

Process daily withdrawals and other cash transactions
Deposit cash and clear cheques
Track and accept loan payments as well as EMI payments
Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty by carrying out deposits and withdrawals properly
Provide information to the customers about new bank products and services
Update the customers about new bank policies
Perform transactions according to government policies and procedures
Track any fake notes while counting cash and report them to the authorities immediately
Troubleshoot any issue faced by the customers regarding withdrawal or transactions
Respond to the customer complaints timely and efficiently
Keep yourself informed about latest news in banking and finance sector
Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Banking or related field
Proven experience of working as a Bank Teller or Finance Clerk in a reputable institution
Proficient knowledge of banking tools and products like types of cheques, various types of accounts etc.
Strong knowledge of various banking procedures
Familiarity with electronic equipment such as cash drawers, money counters, lockers etc.
