We are looking for an energetic and affectionate Child Care Provider to join our Child Care Institute. You will be primarily responsible for ensuring that the children remain safe under your custody. Also, you should encourage a positive learning behavior and establish hygiene and grooming standards.

Moreover, you should track the children's progress and communicate its details to the parents. You should help the children understand their interests and to develop new skills and hobbies. In addition to this, you should display good physical fitness and the ability to chase and lift children.

As a Child Care Provider, you will be developing a schedule to monitor children’s daily activities. Furthermore, you should also plan age-appropriate learning and fun activities to aid in the overall development. You should also have a considerable amount of patience and diligence.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring that the children are safe in the center

• Cleaning and sanitizing the play area, toys, and equipment

• Advising children on hygiene, grooming, and eating habits

• Planning and developing both fun and educational activities for the children

• Monitoring children’s performance and behavior

• Discussing the children’s progress with parents and suggesting improvements

• Assisting in developing and implementing a daily schedule for the children

• Performing first aid on children whenever required

• Helping the children with their lesson plans and homework 

• Preparing and serving snacks and meals on time to the children

• Encouraging children to learn new skills and develop new interests

• Developing age-appropriate learning activities for children

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Child Psychology or related field

• Previous experience as a Child Care Teacher or a similar position in the Education field

• CDA or CCP is mandatory

• Knowledge of safety and sanitation protocols

• Having a nurturing personality

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong teaching and listening skills

• Highly creative and motivated individual 

• Good problem-solving skills

• Excellent time management and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently

• Good physical strength and stamina to lift and carry children
