Our educational institute is in search of a Lead Toddler Teacher to be a part of our team. You will be responsible for developing a curriculum that meets the needs of toddlers. Besides, you will also be responsible for mentoring and supervising the Toddler Teachers. You should also be able to plan and organize various recreational activities for the children.
As a Lead Toddler Teacher, you should also be able to organize and lead parent-teachers' meetings. Moreover, you should ensure that the toddlers have a safe and positive learning environment. You should also be able to encourage the toddlers to express themselves and engage in developmental activities.
To be able to perform in this job role, you should have a complete knowledge of the educational policies and familiarity with various child development techniques. In addition to this, you should demonstrate a warm and approachable personality. A candidate with strong leadership skills and the ability to handle stressful situations will be considered.

Researching, planning, and developing a curriculum to suit the toddlers needs
Training and supervising the performance of Toddler Teachers
Carefully observing toddlers to determine their performance
Maintaining and updating child’s progress reports
Communicating child’s progress with the parents
Ensuring that the toddlers have a safe and positive learning environment
Leading and participating in parent-teachers meeting
Organizing recreational activities for the children
Ensuring adherence to the educational guidelines and policies
Teaching basic manners and skills to the toddlers
Encouraging toddlers to express themselves and engage in creative activities
Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
5-7 years of work experience as a Lead Toddler Teacher, Toddler Teacher, Preschool Teacher , or a similar role in the Education industry
Certification in Teacher’s Training Program from a reputed institute is mandatory
Complete knowledge of the educational policies and guidelines
Familiarity with various child development techniques
Excellent teaching, communication, and presentation skills
Good time management and organizational skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Highly motivated and creative individual
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Strong leadership skills
Having an eye for detail
Displaying a warm, patient, and approachable personality
