We are looking for a trained and experienced School Psychologist to work with our school. You have to guide and counsel the students, parents, as well as teachers.
As a School Psychologist, you are responsible for designing and implementing programs to address behavioral issues in the school environment. You are also responsible for contributing towards student’s progress in regards to anxiety, anger management, or learning disorders.
You should be a role model for our students. You should be also assisting students in speaking up more comfortably. Apart from handling students, you should also work collaboratively with the teachers for preparing special educational activities during the semester hours. You will be helping students in building their confidence as well as a positive behavioral attitude.
You should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or a related field. You should have an extraordinary combination of communication skills as well as counseling skills. To be a successful School Psychologist, you have to perform a thorough analysis of data via various sources such as academic performance, teacher’s views, and others.

Planning out an innovative program for mental health.
Working closely with teachers, principals, as well as social workers if needed.
Proving a counseling session in a scheduled manner.
Letting students speak and know their concerns.
Knowing student’s difficulties and solving their behavioral issues.
Providing support to the student’s parents or guardians.
Helping the student in planning out their goals.
Diagnosing students and providing special assistance if required.
Implementing techniques to help the student improve their academic performance.
Improving the social skills of the students.
Developing strategies to prevent bullying and ragging.
Bachelor’s degree in School Psychology and Education or a related field.
Experience working as a School Psychologist, Guidance Counselor, or a similar job position.
Valid certification from the National Association of School Psychologists (NASP) is mandatory.
Completion of a degree program from National School Psychology with 1200 hours of internship will be an advantage.
A professional psychologist license.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
In-depth knowledge of educational standards and policies.

Ability to manage time effectively.
