Job Overview 

Our Finance department is looking for a Treasurer for financial planning and for the managing of our treasury functions.

You will be responsible to supervise financial operations related to cash flow forecast, interact with shareholders and potential investors. This job role demands to handle complex and technical accounts including investment management, budget monitoring, asset inventory, and financial reporting. The position also requires to plan and devise strategies to keep in mind the organizational profitability and overall productivity. 

To be successful in this role, you should be able to gauge various financial risks our organization could face and help the management in making the decisions accordingly.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement systems to maintain financial records and manage accounts control services 

• Supervise cash management activities and other financial management activities

• Organise summaries of funds and monitor compliance of cash flow and budgeting

• Enforce company policies and strategies in relation to market risks 

• Oversee cash management, liquidity risks and overall funds of the company 

• Manage all financial operations and monetary policy, interest rate profile and implement the transparency of the treasury function effectively 

• Devise strategies in line with the company’s objectives and submit recommendations accordingly 

• Direct and supervise special funds maintenance 

• Develop and flourish smooth working atmosphere with all departments including Taxation  

Requirements 

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance or Business Administration

• 7+ years of experience as a Treasurer or Financial Advisor in finance operations 

• Comprehensive knowledge of General Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and General Accepted Auditing Standards (GAAS)

• Advanced knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting 

• Knowledge of foreign currency is a must

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills 

• Proficient in MS Office Tools

• Excellent knowledge of risk management

• Excellent analytical approach with sound decision making and problem-solving attitude 

• Ability to interact effectively with management

• Should be a team player
