Our organization is interested in hiring a professional and trained individual to join our Medical team as a full-time Paramedic.
Your main goal for this job role will be responding to emergency calls and evaluating patient’s conditions on the spot. As a Paramedic, you should be focused on serving with your best abilities to save lives. Your responsibilities include providing emergency care while transporting patients via ambulance service. You have to perform numerous medical procedures on the patient under highly stressful situations.
To be efficient in this job role, you should have a sound knowledge of specialist emergency equipment such as defibrillators, ventilators, and others. Having a paramedical training certification is mandatory for this position. You should be able to work in a team environment with other fellow Paramedics and Emergency Medical Technicians (EMT).
You should possess extraordinary quick decision-making skills with the ability to stay calm in any critical conditions. In addition to this, you should be able to communicate with other first responders which include firefighters and police officers. You should also have great communication skills as well.

Driving the ambulance and efficiently navigating through traffic to reach the accident scene on time.
Taking up calls and responding to emergencies for prehospital checks.
Evaluating the patient’s condition for providing emergency treatments in transit.
Communicating with the patient in a systematic way.
Making use of medical equipment as and when needed.
Preparing precise patient and accident reports.
Working in collaboration with the ambulance techniques and other Paramedics.
Informing the hospital regarding the patient’s conditions for medical care.
Following all the medical protocol and legal guidelines.
Maintaining the ambulance equipment and restocking the medical supplies.
Sanitizing and the emergency vehicles after use.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience working as Paramedic or a similar role in the Healthcare unit.
A valid driving license.
A professional training certificate in the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians or Medical Emergency Services.
A registered Paramedics with the Health Professional Association.
Demonstrate the ability to provide medical facilities in a critical situation.
Ability to stay calm and guide other Non- Paramedic staff.
Strong working knowledge of medical equipment and its working.
Ability to work for long working hours as well as on weekends.
