We are looking for a reliable and knowledgeable Employment Specialist to be a part of our team. As a part of this job role, you will be responsible for organizing and conducting candidate interviews. Besides, you should also be to assist the Human Resources department in identifying and shortlisting candidates.
As an Employment Specialist, you should be able to review the various job roles in the company and advertise the same. Moreover, you should also be able to maintain detailed candidate information in the database. You should also be able to prepare and present recruitment reports.
A successful candidate should have a complete understanding of the industry practices and structure. You should also demonstrate a detail-oriented approach and have a good listening ear. In addition to this, you should also be able to maintain confidentiality of any sensitive information.

Assisting the HR department with shortlisting and screening candidates
Organizing candidate interviews
Reviewing all the available job positions and posting the same on job boards and other platforms
Coordinating with the HR Manager with the planning and implementation of employee salary structures
Creating, maintaining, and updating required and accurate candidate information in the database
Preparing and sending job offer letters to candidates
Utilizing and monitoring the assigned recruitment budget
Communicating with candidates to understand their post-placement experience
Preparing and presenting detailed and accurate recruitment reports
Keeping a track of employee retention rates and suggesting improvement measures
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, or a related field
Proven work experience in the Human Resources department as an Employment Specialist, Employee Relations Specialist , or a similar position
Complete understanding of the human resources practices and corporate structure
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good time management and organizational skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Having an eye for detail and a good listening ear
Highly motivated and reliable individual
Ability to offer excellent customer service
