Our Human Resources department is looking for an organized and experienced candidate as an HR Advisor.
You will be responsible for providing advice on the overall HR policies of the organization. You will also be responsible for working closely with the management and implementing effective HR strategies. Moreover, you should act as a point of contact between the employees and the HR Manager.
As an ideal HR Advisor, you should possess good leadership skills and the ability to manage time efficiently. You should also have excellent communication skills and be able to work under minimal supervision.

Assisting in designing the company policies and procedures.
Answering all the employee's related queries and issues.
Providing training to HR Managers in performance management procedures efficiently.
Planning and executing full-proof HR plans and strategies.
Offering advice on payroll, employment law, labor relations, and related areas.
Taking feedback from the employees and taking the necessary steps.
Recommending new HR software to ease up the daily HR activities.
Monitoring and analyzing the HR performance metrics and KPIs.
Being a point of contact for Hiring Managers, employees, and other team members.
Adhering as per the company values and objectives.
Staying updated with the latest recruitment policies and laws in the HR department.
Master's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administrator, or a related degree.
Proven work experience as an HR Advisor, HR Consultant, HR Analyst, or a similar role in the Human Resources department.
Exceptional understanding of state and federal employment laws.
Ability to work under pressure.
Good time management abilities.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Knowledge and understanding of hiring selection process and procedures.
Ability to solve complex problems efficiently.
Ability to think creatively and out of the box.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools and HR software.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Excellent organization skills and strong work ethics.
Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously.
