Job Overview 

We are looking for a detail-oriented and smart Bounty Hunter to be a part of our Legal department. You should be able to conduct in-depth research and identify potential targets or fugitives. Also, you should be able to verify the collected evidence before arresting fugitives.  

As a Bounty Hunter, you should be willing to travel to different locations and interview the target’s close associates. Besides, you should be able to arrest fugitives and hand over them to the concerned authorities. Moreover, you should be able to prepare and maintain case-related documents.  

To perform in this job role, you should display excellent physical and mental strength. Furthermore, you should be familiar with various self-defense techniques and have knowledge of using firearms and other non-lethal weapons. You should also possess excellent negotiation skills. Also, you should be able to adhere to the state laws and regulations at all times.

Responsibilities 

• Identifying and conducting surveillance activities to ascertain the target location 

• Researching and gathering information or evidence about potential targets 

• Locating and arresting targets 

• Interviewing the target’s close associates and other acquaintances 

• Transporting and handing over fugitives to the concerned authorities 

• Adhering to the State rules and regulations at all times 

• Obtaining permission from the concerned authorities to conduct bounty hunter pursuit 

• Verifying the evidence collected before apprehending fugitives 

• Preparing, maintaining, and submitting case-related documents on time 

• Performing self-defense techniques whenever necessary 

Requirements 

• High school diploma or equivalent 

• Proven work experience as a Bounty Hunter or a similar role in the Legal industry 

• Holding a valid license and certification to practice bounty hunting 

• Complete knowledge of the State laws and regulations 

• Excellent physical and mental strength 

• Familiarity with self-defense techniques, use of firearms, and other non-lethal weapons 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 

• Highly motivated and detail-oriented individual 

• Knowledge of different geographical locations and willingness to travel 

• Ability to work for long, flexible hours, and on weekends 

• Good communication and interpersonal skills 

• Excellent researching and negotiation skills
