Evaluate all current and new compliance regulations

Revise and implement various policies.

Consult with the lawyers and different experts on compliance matters.
Develop internal controls and policies that intend to guarantee that all compliance needs are attained.
Determine various risks and develop risk management strategies.
Collaborate with managers of other departments for audit processes and develop audit strategies for compliance issues.
Organize various employee training sessions on legal issues.
Update and maintain reports with different compliance agencies.
Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration or relevant field.
Proven 5+ years experience as a Compliance Manager, Compliance Officer, Quality Controller or relevant position.
Professional Experience of ISO 9001 or compliance certification (CPCO) will be preferred..
Working knowledge of database software.
Sound know-how of record-keeping regulations.
Excellent knowledge of industry processes and regulations.
Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Detail oriented and an excellent problem solver.
Outstanding organizational skills.
Good time management abilities.
Ability to prioritize day to day tasks.
