Responsibilities 

• Gathering and preparing required legal documents for court proceedings 

• Representing clients in legal proceedings  

• Communicating with clients and understanding their legal requirements 

• Examining various legal issues and advising clients on the same 

• Helping company’s draft legal policies and guidelines 

• Negotiating business deals on behalf of clients 

• Ensuring that all corporate dealings comply with the legal regulations 

• Assisting clients with structuring their business processes

Requirements 

• Bachelor’s degree in Law 

• Holding a valid license to practice law 

• Proven work experience as a Corporate Lawyer, Corporate Attorney or a similar role in the Legal industry 

• Complete knowledge of corporate laws and regulations 

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 

• Good time management and organizational skills 

• Highly motivated and detail-oriented individual 

• Willingness to travel to different locations 

• Ability to maintain reliability
