We are looking for an energetic Creative Director to be a part of our Marketing team. You will oversee the entire workflow, right from conceptualization to completion. Besides, you will be coordinating with the Creative department to brainstorm ideas and hold creative discussion sessions.
Apart from pitching creative ideas, you will be reviewing completed projects and obtaining clients’ approvals. You will be drafting copies for video campaigns along with the Art Director and supervising ad shoots. Your creative and detail-oriented approach will be an asset to our team.
As the Chief Creative Director, you will also play a vital role in hiring and training new team members. Your problem-solving ability and professionalism will be beneficial in resolving client queries and creative differences.

Developing advertising and promotional content
Pitching ideas and content strategies to the clients
Negotiating with clients and service providers
Keeping clients updated on the campaign status
Translating ideas and concepts to the Creative team
Leading and overseeing all stages of a project
Reviewing drafts and making alterations
Hiring, training, and managing team members
Ensuring the project campaigns are in-line with the brand’s voice
Coordinating with Copywriters for scripts and well-crafted copies
Overseeing ad shoots
Communicating with the Project Manager to understand clients requirements
Resolving creative differences between the client and team members
Creating marketing campaigns to improve company branding
Conducting brainstorming sessions
Communicating with the Marketing team to analyze campaign effectiveness
Approving/rejecting ideas before presenting them to the clients
Providing constructive feedback to the team members
Ensuring project completion on time and within budget
Supervising Graphic Designers, Copywriters, and Social Media Interns in their day-to-day activities
Reviewing the final drafts of the planned campaigns
Determining and monitoring the project schedule
Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communication or similar field
Proven years of experience as a Creative Director or Creative Assistant or in the Marketing department
Highly creative and motivated individual
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Basic knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
Understanding of latest social media trends and practices
A team player
Good analytical skills
