We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Marketing department as a Promoter. You will be primarily responsible for promoting the company’s products and services using various marketing campaigns. Besides, you should be able to develop marketing materials as brochures and flyers.
You should be able to conduct in-depth research and able to identify current market trends. You should be able to network with industry professionals and maintain long-term business relationships. Moreover, you should be able to provide guidance to clients on appropriate product selection.
As a Promoter, you should possess excellent presentation skills. You should also be able to fulfill the departmental sales goals and maintain a record of the same. You should also be able to perform in a team as well as independently. Your ability to manage stressful situations will be an advantage.

Providing relevant information on company’s products and services
Using different graphics such as charts and graphs to demonstrate product details and services
Helping create a positive image of the company’s offerings
Assisting in the creation of sales materials such as brochures and flyers
Researching and identifying customer requirements
Helping clients find the right services and products
Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients
Promoting upcoming company events and inviting clients for the same
Setting up promotional stands and booths
Assisting in the preparation of monthly and yearly sales reports
Helping clients with product selection
Providing product demonstrations and distributing product samples
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field
Proven work experience as a Promoter or a similar role in the Marketing industry
Knowledge of various marketing techniques
Understanding of the latest industry trends and developments
Familiarity with social media platforms like Instagram and Facebook
Excellent presentation skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Highly motivated and creative individual

Good time management and organizational skills
