Our Marketing department is looking for an experienced, observant, and motivated individual to join us as the VP of Marketing. In this job role, you will be primarily responsible for building the brand awareness. You will be coordinating with the Sales and Marketing team in developing marketing strategies and plans in line with the industry standards.
Moreover, you should be able to develop, allocate, and monitor the marketing budget. Besides, you should be able to conduct market research and analyze competitor strategies as well. In addition to this, you will be actively involved in the hiring and training of the marketing team.
As the VP of Marketing, you should be aware of the latest industry developments and familiar with various marketing software. Also, you should be able to handle stressful situations and manage strict deadlines. Your ability to maintain a calm composure at all times will work to your advantage.

Building and increasing brand awareness by developing an effective marketing plan
Creating and implementing quarterly, monthly, and yearly marketing goals
Formulating and reviewing the marketing budget
Monitoring the effectiveness of various marketing campaigns and strategies
Analyzing the marketing metrics and creating detailed reports on the same
Researching and analyzing the marketing data to identify new opportunities
Providing input and guiding in organizing marketing events
Managing and training the marketing team
Coordinating and planning the marketing strategies with the Sales department
Ensuring that the brand’s voice is maintained across all digital and social media platforms
Scheduling meetings with the team to monitor industry trends
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business Management, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience as a VP of Marketing, Director of Marketing, Head of Marketing or a similar position in the Marketing industry
Extensive knowledge of marketing trends, techniques, and latest industry developments
Understanding of SEO, SEM, Google analytics, and KPI
Familiarity with marketing software such as Marketo, Yesware, and MailChimp
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong leadership and presentation qualities
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to conduct in-depth research
