Our Sales team is looking for a hardworking and customer-oriented individual to join us as a Sales Executive on an immediate basis.
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for setting sales targets and generating sales leads. You will also be responsible for developing full-proof sales strategies for the company. In addition to this, you will also be required to handle customers' queries and concerns.
You should have outstanding communication skills and the ability to work in a team. You should also possess good sales and negotiation skills.

Implementing effective sales strategies for the organization.
Setting short- and long-term goals to achieve sales targets.
Identifying customer needs and requirements.
Finding out various potential customers via cold calling, networking, etc.
Attending exhibitions and conferences on behalf of the company.
Managing customer complaints, inquiries, and questions.
Updating and maintaining a Customer Relationship Management database.
Preparing sales reports by analyzing the data accurately.
Working in collaboration with the sales team for better results.
Conducting detailed market research on competitors' products and services.
Attending sales meetings on a daily basis.
Taking feedback from the sales team and working on that accordingly.
Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales deals.
Analyzing the marketing performance metrics and KPIs.
Assisting in hiring and onboarding new Sales Representatives.
Preparing and presenting sales reports to the higher management.
Staying updated with the latest trends in the sales industry.
High school diploma or GED.
Working experience as a Sales Executive, Sales Representative, or a similar role in the Sales department.
Proven record of successful deals closed in sales.
Total knowledge of marketing and negotiating procedures.
Ability to think out of the box.
Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office Tools.
Good time-management skills.
Excellent customer service and sales skills.
Ability to work in a team environment efficiently.
Excellent presentation and people skills.
Ability to work in a stressful work environment.
