As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing Sales Representatives of an assigned territory. You will also be responsible for hiring and training Sales Representatives. You should be able to maintain a strong relationship the clients.
In addition to this, you should possess excellent ability to solve problems as well as outstanding communication skills. You should also be able to work in a fast-paced environment. To be successful in this role, you should be able to achieve the desired sales target.

Preparing territory sales and marketing strategies.
Training and guiding Sales Representatives.
Evaluating the team members’ performance.
Travelling to the assigned territory as and when required.
Understanding the needs and requirements of customers in the assigned territory.
Explaining the customer about the product and services offered by the company.
Determining the sales and marketing methods for increasing sales within the assigned territory.

Staying up to date with the latest sales industry trends.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Communication, Marketing, or Business Administration.
Work experience as a Territory Sales Manager, Territory Manager, or a similar position in the Sales industry.
Demonstrate excellent sales skills.

Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools.
